Welcome to my new site! I decided it was time to graduate from Blogger and join the big kids on WordPress. It’s been a tedious transition. I’ve appreciated the opportunity to learn about WordPress because prior to the switch, I knew close to nada about this blogging platform.
You’ll notice I have a new title and a clearer definition of what I will focus on in this blog. If you were one of my Blogger followers, I hope you will consider subscribing to posts on this new site.
The site isn’t completely finished yet, so please excuse any imperfections. I feel it’s close enough to being finalized, so why wait to go live? Really, I’m just sick of posting on Blogger and can’t wait to start working off this new site!
The transition from Blogger to WordPress would not have been possible without help from my pal Hubert Sawyers. This dude is a WordPress and coding wizard (and he put up with me asking him a gazillion questions), so please give him a shout if you need any help. I also have to thank Jenni Murray for creating the logo. I gave her a brief overview of what I was looking for, and she created a design that perfectly matched what I had in mind.
